Consultancy Booking Fee:

• The consultancy booking fee is non-refundable. - Customers may request to cancel or reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours, we will arrange the booking for another day, subject to the next available booking slot.

Prescribed medicine and Cosmetics:

• Medicine prescribed for treatments or cosmetics provided or used in treatments are non-returnable.
